Factory Friday: January 23rd

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Coyote Rough Out is being sewn up and making its way through production.

Stitching the single-piece moc toe on our Boondocker work moc.

Here that moc toe has been attached to the rest of the upper.

This boot was released earlier this week and we've got more coming.

Boondocker is a hefty leather, with quite a bit less of a red tone than Tobacco Snakebite.

Mil-spec leather in classic cap toe build.

Some of those recently released Boondockers, after having the midsole applied.

This is Seidel's Rough Shot, where they take their Double Shot tannage and reverse it and treat it with wax. This will be coming in Natural, seen here, and Chocolate.

Heels are glued, pressed and nailed.

Almost finished, this is just before final buffing.

More next Friday. Sign up for weekly updates delivered direct—no spam, just factory floor reality.
