Your tier changes according to total amount spent through trumanboot.com - other avenues of purchase are not applicable.
Discount only applies to stock boots, and does not apply to resoles, seconds and samples, accessories and custom boots.
Discounts do not apply to past orders.
Your discount is automatically applied to every order for stock boots going forward. There is no limit to the number of times it can be used, and there is no expiry.
We reserve the right to adjust this policy at any time.

If a purchase was made that pushed you into the next tier, and that purchase is returned and refunded, your tier will go back down accordingly.
