It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

If you know, you know.

Setting eyelets on this light rough out leather.

It is very light.

Setting the speedhooks.

The split welt matches the color of the Brown Oiled Rough Out leather perfectly.

Our fiberglass shanks are incredibly strong and lightweight, and don't set off TSA.

Shanks are glued on and then covered in cork.

Adhesive is applied to the edge of the boot.

After adhesive cures, the midsole is placed.

Once placed, we use our 5-in-1 to ensure a solid bond between the welt and midsole.

With outsole stitching completed, final sanding is done on the edge of the boot.

Once bevelled and stained, the welt, midsole, outsole, all get buffed on the wheel.

Raw.

Every pair is carefully checked before being boxed up.
