Factory Friday: April 3rd

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Rolls of British Tan Grizzly. Thick, boot leather that looks better with wear.

Same leather unrolled.

Some tools of the trade.

Sewing up some moc toes in Cognac Shrunken Bison.

British Tan is a warm tan brown color, made for boots.

Stapling up a pair of the British Tan.

Brown Oiled Smooth Out lasted up and about to be welted.

Attaching the welt to a pair of British Tan Grizzly cap toes.

Brown Oiled Smooth Out welted and about to have the shank placed.

Glue is applied to the shanks prior to placement.

We like cork as the filler as it molds to the shape of your foot perfectly as you wear the boots.

Adhesive application prior to placing the midsole.

With midsole placed and outsole on top of that, the boot is then stitched using our rapid stitch.

Heavy Lugs on the Brown Oiled Smooth Out, with a full 360° outsole stitch.

Waiting for their heels.

Light Coyote Rough Out is both light in color and weight, particularly due to Vibram's wedge sole.

Brown Oiled Rough Out boots at QC check before being boxed up.
